Returns and Refunds Policy


You have 14 days to return your order from the date you received it. Customers are to cover the costs of the return and are advised to get proof of postage. 


Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for earrings.


If you receive an item that is faulty please contact us within 14 days. Please contact us by email at, with your order number and a brief description of the issue supported by a photo.  We will endeavour to respond to you as soon as possible.



Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Items that have clearly been used will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method. We aim to issue refunds within 14 days of receipt.
